green solutions is a portal providing green advice and links to consumers. Hopefully it will enable you to make more informed decisions about the way you live your life and provide you with the information you need to contribute to a greener world.

green solutions has been created by an environmental professional. Someone who has worked in the industry for a number of years and who is constantly frustrated by the lack of direction on the web. Although there is a considerable amount of information of an environmental nature on the web, it can be hard to find, is often inaccessible to people who aren't sure what they are looking for and is often targeted at the wrong audience.

Green solutions aims to bridge that gap. It was developed by talking to ordinary people without a specific knowledge of environmental issues, but who were concerned about their environment. When we say environment we're also not just talking about global warming or nasty chemicals, but about the things that effect us in our everyday lives. Things that are important to us as householders, parents or even gardeners!!

Through talking to people about their lives and what interested them we came up with a list of issues that effect us all or in part. The links on the left of the site represent that list. It is by no means definitive and we will add to it as necessary. Hopefully the information you are looking for, or the information that you aren't looking for but might find useful, will be contained within this site. We will continue to add to the information, review it and refresh the content as new resources become available and most importantly by listening to your feedback.
