- Grow Green Solutions outside its today core regions through the foundation of new company entities and new partnerships in the target country
- Development of the operational and administrative country organization, if necessary temporary management of specific functions in the foreign company
- Drive market entry and scaling both from entry strategy to first revenues
- Responsibility for all market entry processes, including market analysis and business case planning
- Preparation of relevant planning figures for short, medium and long-term corporate planning
- Lead in front line negotiations with customers and partners
- Push new and existing business solutions
- Build up a strong international network with customers or partners in the horticulture market
- Close cooperation with the management

University degree
You have an university degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or similar

You are a structured, creative and target oriented person with a proactive way of working
Sales Mindset
You have an outstanding customer Orientation and communication and networking skills
