Garden Connect will be rebranded as "Green Solutions International," with Haymarket Media Group stepping in as an investor

We are opening a new chapter in our success story: on September 13, 2023, Green Solutions acquired the Dutch software company Garden Connect, a significant strategic move in the context of our internationalisation. The merging of both companies means not only international growth for us but also a consolidation of resources.

"This acquisition is a milestone for our Green Solutions family. Garden Connect, a valued partner until now, will now become a part of our vision under the name Green Solutions International," said our CEO, Alexander Kelm. Nils Neumann, our COO, added, "With their extensive international experience, overlapping product portfolios, and decades-old customer structure, Garden Connect can immediately take our international business to the next level."

While we expand our horizons, our core focus remains unchanged on the DACH region, particularly the German market. "We continue to emphasise Germany and our existing customers. With new innovations, such as digital customer engagement, we continuously develop new building blocks to take the next step together with our customers as digitalisation partners," explained Alexander Kelm.

The Garden Connect team will continue to exist as before, working with our Green Solutions' Cloud Software from Amsterdam. The previous owners will also remain within the company in new roles. The goal is to offer Green Solutions' products beyond the DACH region as an independent location and further develop the Cloud Software. "With the acquisition, our software development capacity also instantly expands, which is an additional and gratifying side effect," emphasised Kelm.

As an investor, the Haymarket Media Group is participating, making Green Solutions International a joint venture between both companies. The respected media conglomerate headquartered in London brings not only financial resources but also a deep understanding of global markets and business strategies to the partnership. "Haymarket and Green Solutions have been working together successfully for some time, and now Garden Connect completes this partnership, which will operate as Green Solutions International in the future. By combining our expertise, we aim to become digital problem solvers for our customers and target audiences. With this potential, we can become leaders in the SaaS sector within the horticultural industry.
